How long does a Fohow massage session last?
A Fohow massage session lasts approximately between 30 and 50 minutes. The standard massage protocols include a predetermined number of maneuvers performed along the meridians, each with a number of repetitions, which together add up to a period of time between 30 and 50 minutes.
How many times a week is the device used?
For optimal effects, at least 2-3 sessions per week are recommended. Many users choose to use it daily to maintain their state of well-being.
Is it safe? Does it have side effects?
The Yang Sheng Fohow Meridians Massager device is completely safe. It has the compliance certificates required by European Union regulations for electrical devices (CE and RoHS). Are there any contraindications?
Yes, there are certain contraindications and precautionary measures for the use of the Fohow massage device:
1. If the client is skeptical about the procedure and does not wish to interact with the specialist performing the massage.
2. Tumors, hematonosis, infectious diseases, mental disorders affecting lucidity or the ability to reason, severe heart diseases, severe pathologies of the brain and lungs.
3. Bone fractures, hemorrhages and predisposition to hemorrhages, hemophilia, muscle, tendon and ligament ruptures, intervertebral foramen stenosis, severe osteoporosis, purulent arthritis, skin lesions, open wounds, ulcers, boils, abscesses, severe dermatological conditions or skin infections in the treated area.
4. Pregnancy and breastfeeding period, postnatal hemorrhages, menstruation period.
5. Senile weakness, overexertion, excessive hunger, immediately after a period of fasting. It is not recommended to use the bioenergetic massage device earlier than half an hour after a meal, and after a massage session it is recommended that the first meal be consumed at least half an hour afterward.
6. For a minimum of two hours after the procedure, do not consume cold or stimulating food and drinks, do not wash your hands in cold water and do not shower.
7. Prohibited in case of alcohol intoxication or the use of hallucinogenic substances.
8. Arterial hypertension (upper 160 mmHg, lower 120 mmHg), cardiac surgical interventions, the presence of a pacemaker and other implants.
9. In the case of calculi (stones), when the diameter of the stone exceeds the size of the diameter of the canal of the affected organ.
10. Children under the age of 8.
11. It is not recommended to use the device during storms or atmospheric electrical discharges.
